Carl's calling as a researcher, writer, and communicator is focused around a big picture scenario—to document and communicate the rise and impact of globalization, both in its parts and as a whole. Why? Because globalization is transforming every facet of life, from cultural perceptions to your wallet, from church trends to national decisions, from the way you view the world to how the world sees you; and too few Christians understand the size and scope of this worldview tsunami, nor the consequences of its force. Carl's presentations on globalization have been given to groups as small as 8 and as large as 800, in churches, small colleges, and to general and professional audiences. His presentations, combining phenomenal slides with personal experiences, have been noted for their depth, intensity, and challenging message.
