Joe Ely
From the Nations—A Ministry of Jesus.
Joe Ely is a member of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe of Nevada. He was raised on the reservation and lived there most of his life. He served his Tribe as a Tribal Councilman and Tribal Chairman, and has worked for other tribes as a water rights consultant and advocate. Joe with his wife Lu currently live in Chandler, Arizona.
After years of ministry service, Joe and Lu have been called to Indian Country to bring the clear and uncompromising message of God’s grace and discipleship. To obey God’s call, Joe and Lu have begun a new ministry called, “From the Nations—A Ministry of Jesus.” Through this ministry and as the Holy Spirit leads, Joe is available to teach in church and event appearances, or to teach in longer term Bible studies. As the Gospel and the gift of salvation are free, so are the services of From the Nations ministry.
